Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Porchy is passwordless. Enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code — type it in to sign in. There's no password to remember.
How do I add a package?
Tap the + button on the home screen, paste your tracking number, choose the carrier, and give it a nickname if you like. Porchy takes it from there.
Which carriers are supported?
UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Amazon. Statuses update automatically as your packages move.
How do I get delivery notifications?
Enable Push notifications in Settings. We'll alert you as packages change status and arrive.
I'm on the waitlist — what does that mean?
Porchy is in invite-only early access. When you request access you join the waitlist, and we let people in as spots open up. Have an invite code? Tap “Already have an invite code?” on the welcome screen.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your account and all associated package data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Is my data private?
Yes. We collect only what's needed to track your deliveries, we never sell your data, and there are no ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
