Porchy ("we", "us") helps you track packages across multiple carriers. We built Porchy to be calm and private: we collect only what's needed to track your deliveries, we never sell your data, and we don't show ads. This policy explains what we collect and why.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Porchy, under agreements that limit their use of it:

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, which permanently removes your account and associated package data. You may also email us to request deletion.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted so that you can only see your own packages. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children's privacy

Porchy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
